You agree that this limited license includes a worldwide, nonexclusive, sublicensable, royalty-free, fully paid-up, transferable right (a) to display, distribute, and market your content and to permit others to use, access, and download your content through Screwball, and (b) to use your tradename(s), trademark(s), and logo(s) in connection with the distribution and marketing of your content on Screwball.

This license ends when you remove your content from Screwball, except for content that has been shared by others or where we need to retain copies for legal or operational purposes.

Screwball search results pages and accompanying search data are generated by Screwball's systems and are not considered original content created by you, even if those results pages were generated from original searches. Users do not have the ability to delete or remove search results pages from the platform.
